  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in coconut oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice; then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool before glazing by mixing powdered sugar with milk and maple syrup until smooth.
