Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

  5. 5. Roll dough into balls (1½ – 2 tbsp each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
