  • 1 approx 15 ounce red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with foil and spray generously with cooking spray.
  2. In an electric mixer bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press about two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly on top.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the chocolate chips.
  5. Crumble remaining dough into small balls on top of the cream cheese mixture; press down lightly (it won’t cover completely).
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until edges begin to brown. Cool completely before slicing.
