  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp white vinegar
  • red gel food coloring
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 Oreo cookies, broken up

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a mixing bowl. Whisk in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and whisk for an additional two minutes.
  3. Stir in white vinegar and red gel food coloring until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just mixed. Add two-thirds of the broken Oreos.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining Oreos.
  6. Bake for 24 to 29 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
