  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • â…“ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (warmed)
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, instant pudding mix, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  5. For the filling, beat softened butter and peanut butter in a bowl until combined; then add powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Once cooled, place the cake back in the bundt pan and scoop out holes on the bottom without cutting through.
  7. Fill the holes with peanut butter filling using the piping bag.
  8. Invert onto a serving platter and drizzle with melted chocolate and warm peanut butter; sprinkle with chopped treats.
