  • â…“ cup walnuts (lightly toasted)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the celery stalks thoroughly and pat dry. Slice at an angle into 5cm thick pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
