  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
  • 14 oz caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. For the chocolate layer: Melt the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread in a greased 9×13 inch pan and chill to set.
  2. For the peanut layer: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and mix in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the chocolate layer and chill.
  3. For the caramel layer: Melt caramel cubes with heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Pour over the chilled peanut layer and chill again.
  4. Repeat the chocolate layer by melting remaining milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread over the caramel layer and chill until firm.
  5. Slice into squares once set and enjoy!
