  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Crushed red chili flakes (to taste)
  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt
