  • 1 cup cooked ground turkey or beef
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the cubed sweet potato with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until golden and tender.
