- 1 box stuffing mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
- â…“ cup milk
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined but don’t overmix.
- Pack the mixture tightly into a loaf pan, then invert onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup and vinegar; spread over the meatloaf after the initial baking time.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F).
