  • 1 box stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • â…“ cup milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined but don’t overmix.
  3. Pack the mixture tightly into a loaf pan, then invert onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup and vinegar; spread over the meatloaf after the initial baking time.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
