  • 16 large white or cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 small olives (pitted)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and combine with cream cheese, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and press down slightly.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet and press an olive into each cap.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
