  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted plant-based butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted plant-based butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place salmon on the prepared sheet and brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving with chopped parsley.
