  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, and ground sage. Mix thoroughly, then fold in 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce.
  3. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan and shape it evenly.
  5. Spread the remaining cranberry sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow to rest before slicing and serving.
