  • 1/2 cup olives (pitted and halved)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Seasonings: red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, black pepper
