- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened or melted)
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced shallot, butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Mix well.
- Coat each chicken leg evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
- Preheat air fryer at 390°F for 5 minutes. Place marinated chicken legs in the basket ensuring space between each leg.
- Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
