  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon butter (softened or melted)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced shallot, butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Coat each chicken leg evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat air fryer at 390°F for 5 minutes. Place marinated chicken legs in the basket ensuring space between each leg.
  5. Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
