  • 2 tablespoons oil from sundried tomatoes (or olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large plastic bag or shallow dish, combine balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, oil, rosemary, and garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight for best flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and season both sides with coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Grill the steak over direct high heat for about 4-7 minutes per side based on thickness and desired doneness.
