  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Blanch fresh broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes until bright green; drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled tortellini, blanched broccoli, diced red onion, dried cranberries, chopped turkey bacon, and walnuts.
