Ingredients

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/3 cup granulated sugar (for streusel)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
3 tablespoons softened butter (for streusel)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
In another bowl, combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Gradually add these dry ingredients to your wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the 2 cups fresh blueberries. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, and 3 tablespoons softened butter until crumbly; sprinkle this streusel over the batter.
Bake in your preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
