  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • â…“ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with cocoa powder, then add granulated sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth. Gradually fold in flour.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until moist crumbs cling to a toothpick.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely before preparing the peanut butter layer by mixing creamy peanut butter with melted butter, vanilla extract, and sifted powdered sugar until smooth.
