  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan (plus more for serving)
  • 2 cups shredded kale
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shaved fontina cheese
  • 2 balls burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F and prepare your baking surface.
  2. In a blender, combine olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, dijon mustard, parmesan, and seasoning; blend until smooth.
  3. Toss kale and romaine in a large bowl with enough dressing to coat lightly.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  5. Spread olive oil mixture on the dough, layer with mozzarella and fontina cheese.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until crust is golden; add burrata and bake an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Top with tossed salad and serve hot.
