Ingredients

Scale
  • 16.5 oz chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Optional: 2 cups chocolate chips or additional toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the cookie dough to soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, then press it into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1½ cups of Cool Whip gently until combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie layer.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cold milk and both pudding mixes for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips or other desired toppings.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
