  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1/3 cup blue sanding sugar

  1. Drain the cherry juice from the jar of cherries and pour in cola until fully submerged. Secure the lid and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  3. After soaking, drain the cola and pat the cherries dry with paper towels.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each cherry about two-thirds into the melted white chocolate, then roll in blue sugar immediately.
  6. Place dipped cherries on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining cherries.
