  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry BBQ rub
  • 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking powder and salt with the wings, tossing to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Arrange wings on a wire rack placed over a sheet pan.
  4. Bake at low temperature for 30 minutes, then increase to 400°F (200°C) and bake for another 45 minutes until crispy and browned.
  5. Mix together all sauce ingredients in the cleaned mixing bowl.
  6. Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately with Ranch Dressing.
