  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lower-Sodium Tamari/Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 lb Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Shelled Edamame
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • a pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 23 tablespoons Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together avocado oil, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, tamari/soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
