  • 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 10 turkey pepperoni slices
  • 8 turkey slices
  • 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a cast iron skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth using an electric mixer.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly at the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Layer the marinara sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Add turkey pepperoni slices, turkey slices, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and black olives.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is bubbling and golden brown.
