  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 45 cloves garlic (crushed or minced)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a 9 x 13 pan and cover it with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or broiler to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and season one side with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F for medium rare.
  6. Let the steak rest covered with foil for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
