  • 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the cubed chicken to a Ziploc bag along with the prepared seasoning mix and avocado oil. Toss to coat.
  4. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers tightly.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and minced garlic. Heat until almost melted. Stir in grated parmesan cheese, dry ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Reserve one-third of this mixture for later use.
  6. Place the skewers in the air fryer and air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes. Flip skewers, brush with sauce, and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Flip again, baste with more sauce, and cook for another 5–7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Remove skewers from the air fryer and brush with the reserved garlic parmesan sauce before serving.
