  • 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 68 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast cleaned jalapeños on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions in a large pot until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
