  • 13 ounces chicken sausage, diced
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium red onion, finely diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and shock in ice water to halt cooking.
