  • 500g ready-made custard
  • 250ml milk
  • 350g lemon curd
  • Icing sugar for serving
  • Pouring cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the croissants in half and arrange them cut side up in a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the custard, milk, and lemon curd until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and let them soak for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Dust with icing sugar before serving warm with pouring cream.
