Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 organic lemons
  • 750 ml water
  • 600 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the lemons; peel them carefully to avoid the bitter white pith.
  2. Place the lemon peels in a glass jar and cover them with pure non alcohol (substitutable with a non-alcoholic infusion if desired). Seal and store in a dark place for 30 days.
  3. Create a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together until dissolved, then cool it down.
  4. After 30 days, mix the syrup with the infused lemon mixture, shake well, and let it rest for another 40 days.
  5. Strain the mixture into bottles and chill before serving.
