  • ½ pound sliced deli turkey (cubed)
  • ½ pound cooked chicken (cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Confectioners' sugar (optional for dusting)
  • Raspberry preserves or jam (optional for dipping or serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half the brioche bread in the dish, followed by half of the turkey, chicken, and cheeses. Repeat the layers.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
