  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 pint strawberries (quartered)
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add granulated sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully integrated.
  4. Spread two-thirds of the cheesecake mixture on the bottom halves of the rolls and layer with strawberries.
  5. Top with remaining cheesecake filling and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar and spread over the assembled cake.
  7. Garnish with additional berries, refrigerate until set, then serve.
