  • 200 grams capellini or angel hair pasta (or spaghetti)
  • 45 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 can (180g) spicy tuna
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/2 cup black and/or green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 can (400g) diced or whole tomatoes
  • Ground pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, then cook the pasta for 3–4 minutes until al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté sliced garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add capers, olives, and parsley to the skillet; heat through for about one minute.
  4. Stir in the canned spicy tuna and warm everything together for another minute.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes along with their sauce, season with salt and ground pepper, and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot with extra parsley on top.
