  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups strawberry jam

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, creamy peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish as the base layer.
  6. Spread strawberry jam evenly over the base layer.
  7. Crumble remaining dough over the jam layer for texture.

  9. Allow to cool completely before lifting out and cutting into squares.
