  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cup fresh strawberries (diced)
  • ½ cup milk

  2. Beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
  6. Toss diced strawberries in flour and fold into the batter.
