  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with damp parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine melted chocolate with ricotta cheese, eggs, monk fruit sweetener, espresso, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, coconut flour, heavy cream, baking powder, and salt; mix until well combined.
