  • 2 cups diced cucumber (about 1 large cucumber)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the watermelon and cucumber under cold water. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove seeds to yield about 4 cups. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds if necessary, then slice into half-moons to yield about 2 cups.
